If given the option to choose more than 3, I would also select Value and Punctuality as my top qualities. Booking my appointment at 11pm on a Saturday for 9am on Sunday seemed like a long shot, but to my surprise, a technician was available and arrived within the allotted time frame. Although my repair requires ordered parts, the technician assured me they would arrive within 3-5 business days and may even arrive early during the installation window. The price for the repair was affordable and will not only save our refrigerator but also preserve our freezer's contents.
