Having 27 years of Dance experience under my belt, I take immense pleasure in aiding those who wish to revisit or initiate Ballet classes. It is overwhelming for a few individuals, but I specialize in assisting individuals to ease back into the movements or begin with a clean slate! My focus revolves around explaining Ballet Terminology, connecting breath with movements, stretching, and strengthening the body. I also emphasize onculminating positive habits, as dance classes imbue skills that are often applied in one's daily life.

This place is fantastic! The instructors are incredibly kind and understanding- one of whom, Miss Ashley, happens to teach ballet to my daughter; she is absolutely exceptional.
