I am thoroughly satisfied with the way Ascend Property Management has handled my affairs. Angel is the epitome of professionalism; she is highly competent, well-organized, and easily reachable. Thanks to her, both of my condo rentals in Myrtle Beach have been managed efficiently. Recently, an unfortunate incident occurred where a long-term tenant abandoned my unit overnight, leaving it in utter disarray with belongings, litter, and significant damages left behind. Angel took charge of the situation, overseeing the cleanup and refurbishment of the condo, and within two weeks, it was ready for rent again. The loss of only one month's rent was minimal, as the condo was promptly occupied again the following month. I am grateful for Angel's constant communication with me, especially during the weather emergency brought about by Hurricane Florence, and I have full confidence in her. Despite being 12 hours away from Myrtle Beach, I am at peace knowing that Angel is taking care of everything. In summary, my representation by Ascend Property Management, especially Angel, has exceeded my expectations, and I couldn't be happier.
