The home inspection expert was fantastic! When my homeowner's insurance declined to renew due to a single claim in over a decade, I was distressed. Not only did I need an inspection to secure a new insurer, but I also felt apprehensive about the process. I hadn't had a home inspection in over a decade since buying my home.
However, ASAP Home Inspection made things incredibly easy. I arranged the inspection for a Sunday at 3 pm, and the inspector arrived punctually. The entire procedure was straightforward and painless, finishing in around 30 minutes.
Furthermore, the payment process was simple. They do request upfront payment, which made me a little uneasy, but I believe it is to hold clients accountable as cancellations are likely common. However, there were no issues with paying for the service in advance.
Communications with the supplier were also excellent, which isn't always the case with service providers. I would recommend ASAP Home Inspection to any family member or friend.
