After I informed this professional that the job was finished, I expressed my interest in acquiring television mounting services. However, he engaged me in conversation before ultimately declining the job. During our conversation, he mentioned that my inquiry had cost him $15. I argued that this was part of the cost of doing business. Despite this, he continued to discuss the possibility of mounting my television before ultimately refusing the job. I asked him to refrain from contacting me in the future, to which he responded with a message as depicted in the picture.
