Welcome! Here is some essential information on how our operations work. Our ultimate objective is to provide you with an A+ experience - this will take some effort.
- Within 4 hours of creative time, we require a design fee of $250. During this time, we'll discuss your ideas and visions, and I'll quickly sketch them out to ensure we are on the same page. Once you approve the project's direction, I'll work on refining the sketch further, produce an estimate including materials, and an approximate start date. Note that the design fee is non-refundable. If we complete the design with some extra time, we credit it towards your project.
- If you have a tight deadline, we may not be the best fit for your project, depending on our availability. We have a schedule, but there's room for new projects if there's a time slot available. * Please bear in mind that new clients are scheduled in the next available time slot.
- If you have a budget, let's work within it! (Minimum of $350). If you don't have a budget, we'll still help where possible but bear in mind that the more details and materials required, the more expensive the project.
- When you approve the estimate, we require either 25% or 50% down (depending on the project's size), with the remaining balance due upon completion.
- With your permission, we share most of our projects in social media and will tag businesses where applicable.
- We engage in live painting events - unfortunately, we do not draft live caricatures.
- Kindly refrain from contacting us via CrackerJack regarding non-paid inquiries or charity events. To make inquiries on such matters, please locate our information via a Google search and proceed accordingly.

Asking Michael to create an outdoor mountain clearing with trees in the foreground, meadows, rocks, and a creek in the middle, and Pikes Peak in the distance, gave him a whole room experience. The outcome was nothing short of a masterpiece, leaving visitors in awe.
