Thank you for being punctual for our appointment. Unfortunately, I had another appointment with a person who injured their neck and had to cancel via text with no rescheduling. I hope it didn't cause any inconvenience. Art was considerate and wore shoe coverings while indoors. He tried to lubricate the vertical blind track and informed that it might need to be replaced in the future. He also installed garage side door and attic frames and sealed them with foam that takes hours to dry. He earned a rating of 5 because he even filled a seam around the light switch and cleaned up debris. I was hoping to give him a rating of 4.5 because I expected him to come back to trim excess foam, but he did not. He works at an easy pace and has all the necessary tools. This was my first experience with a handyman service. I went room by room and listed down the things that needed fixing. I then prioritized the list and realized that even a small fix like a screw in a chair could make me happy. I made sure to inform the handyman about any specific parts I needed for replacement, such as handles. I also knew how much I wanted to spend since rates were on-site, and I only got things done that satisfied me.

Art's punctuality was exemplary, and his work was exceptional! We're delighted with his efforts and will definitely engage him for future undertakings. Art reconstructed our fence and resolved a difficult issue with a large root. As well, he built a new section and repaired a malfunctioning metal gate. Additionally, he mended our back-top by pouring concrete, making it safe once more. We're ecstatic with the outcomes!

The project was a success and everything went according to my plan. Art is a skilled professional who executed the project flawlessly. I will definitely hire him again, and probably often.
