Our bathroom remodel was a delight! The timely and accurate completion of the project left us thrilled. We strongly recommend it!

My impression is that Arturo is skilled at tiling, but unfortunately, he lacks experience with the specific products I was using. We hired him to complete tiling work in two bathrooms, which included installing a solid surface marble shower pan and Spectralock 1 grout (which has an epoxy-like performance). One of the drains was leaking, and while Arturo was able to fix it, I later learned that it should have been installed by a plumber. We also had trouble with the self-leveling process, which resulted in an over-poured floor that we had to level out ourselves. I had extended efforts to avoid this by purchasing expensive Ardex self-leveler. Despite Arturo's assurance that he had done self-leveling work numerous times before, his team constructed a bench out of wood that wobbled when my husband sat on it. I noticed that Arturo's workers struggled with communication since they didn't speak fluent English, and they required my input to install the kerdiboard correctly. The project was only half-completed, and I ended up paying half of the agreed price, which was Arturo's highest quote. Although the tile work was outstanding, the grout came out in an inconsistent color. Overall, I was uncomfortable paying a premium for someone's first time working with these particular products. Arturo's impolite behavior when collecting his belongings, requesting a payment separate from his website information, rubbed me the wrong way. In conclusion, I believe Arturo is competent in tiling, but it might be best to select someone with experience working with the specific products you have.

Art Pro Flooring did an excellent job with my renovation, which involved installing new flooring and an entire wall of backsplash. It was the most effortless and well-executed renovation I have ever experienced, completed in just three days.
