I am Michael, a certified personal trainer with four years of experience in training, certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). I specialize in Fitness Nutrition and Corrective Exercise from the same institution. I am a former U.S. Navy Veteran, and I strive to provide the best fitness training experience to my clients. I conduct training sessions at Fit Fast Transformation Private Studio, and I am also available for remote and online training. I offer Half Hour Session Packages and full Hour Session Packages, which include nutritional coaching. Enjoy the benefits of a private studio through my training.

I've been training with Michael for a significant amount of time now and it saddens me that I could only select three of the attributes mentioned earlier because he possesses them all. Michael has never failed to be punctual, always responds to my queries regarding nutrition and workout tips, and maintains a level of professionalism that is rare in most personal trainers. The value of his expertise is hard to come by as not all trainers can deliver the same quality of service. I've trained with others in the past but Michael has been the first to make me feel secure. He pays attention to minute details, knowing that it is the smallest things that could cause the worst injuries. Michael is aware of the optimal time to increase weights, and when to lower them while increasing reps to achieve the same level of efficacy. Despite his impressive physique, Michael remains courteous and never intimidates or shames his clients regarding their fitness levels. Unlike some trainers who may seem condescending, he will work with you gradually, challenging you until one day you realize that you can execute the exercise comfortably. Michael's motivation extends beyond our sessions at the gym, inspiring me to workout independently. His unrivaled service is something that everyone should have the opportunity to experience, as he provides the tools needed to feel stronger and healthier.
