Although the job was completed within the deadline, its quality was unsatisfactory. This may have resulted from poor communication, as certain expectations were not fulfilled. The careless application of paint led to its undesired presence on our trees, which, unfortunately, was not acknowledged. Furthermore, the paint removal process lacked attention to detail and could have yielded better results if more time and care had been dedicated to it.

Initially, I had doubts about hiring these individuals, mainly due to the unfavorable feedback. Nonetheless, Gaynard was the sole constructor who answered my call. However, I am pleased with their job and the level of care they displayed. I would gladly enlist their services again.

My porch looks fantastic thanks to the excellent work done by Gaynard and his partner. Previously, my porch had numerous unsightly scratches and scars left by cats that had frequented the area, but they were able to remove most of them. The paint job they performed is also of high quality, and Gaynard was very meticulous in ensuring that the paint color matched perfectly. Additionally, there was a lot of foot traffic due to ongoing work being done inside my house, but Gaynard was patient enough to find a convenient time to complete the work. Overall, I feel that the price was reasonable and the service was exceptional.
