The lack of communication and poor quality of work left me extremely unsatisfied. Despite my repeated requests for them to remove the tar from our walkway, as promised during the job, they failed to show up on the two occasions they scheduled. I had intended to express my dissatisfaction in person, as I had little faith they would respond to my complaints. Unfortunately, the work they provided was so subpar that it felt as though they had done nothing at all, despite charging me over $1500. Seeing the work of other companies in the area made me regret my choice and feel like I had been cheated out of my hard-earned money. Needless to say, I cannot recommend their services.
