The response time was impressive, and a prehung door was installed, but without the peephole. However, the paint job was unsatisfactory, and the screws holding the lock plates do not seem to be properly secured into the wood or wall. It appears that the old damaged frame inside the door was not removed. I am uncertain if the job was completed correctly and would appreciate a second opinion. Payment of $1300 was made through Venmo without a contract.

Our two-story pitched roof was a challenging task to paint, and most of the local painting professionals refused it. However, Luis and his crew did an outstanding job that exceeded our expectations. Despite the unpredictable Portland winter weather, Luis was extremely flexible and managed to work around the limited time frame.
