The next morning, they had a representative available to provide us with an estimate, which we received in the afternoon. Upon signing the contract, our roofing materials were delivered within just two days and the work was completed on the following day. The entire process was exceptionally clean and professional.

I had an amazing experience overall. Bill was remarkably communicative and provided all the details and pricing clearly. The crew efficiently completed the job, leaving me satisfied with the outcome. The roofing and finished wall inside look fantastic, making me overjoyed.

Bill, who manages the roofs and exteriors, was exceptional and provided a swift quote. Furthermore, he informed me that ARK specializes in complete renovations. His customer service is outstanding and unquestionably deserves a five-star rating. On the other hand, Rick, who handles interiors, visited my property but appeared uninterested in the job. He displayed this by failing to follow up with a quote or any supplementary inquiries. As someone who highly values customer service and efficient communication, Rick's lack of both was disappointing. If he was not willing to take on the job due to any reason, I wished he had communicated it instead of abruptly disappearing. Due to this experience, I am uncertain about approaching ARK with any future projects. I am left to continue my search elsewhere.

Despite not having commenced yet, my experience with this project has been overwhelmingly positive. I am filled with confidence that the final outcome will be exceptional.
