My encounter with him was truly delightful. Despite my lack of knowledge regarding the presence of mold in my home, he could have easily overcharged me. However, he kindly informed me that it was mildew and that his services were not necessary. He even provided me with instructions on how to eradicate and avoid future mildew growth. Furthermore, he generously took the time to share his knowledge on the root cause of the issue, hard water. I would strongly recommend him to anyone in the future.

Tim is an expert in the field and very collaborative!
I received a quote earlier on the same day from a different company who charged me around $5,000 for mold removal and treatment in my shower area. The company only spent two minutes examining the area before they informed me that they would need to tear down the shower, treat the mold for multiple days, and then buy and install a new bathroom.
Later that day, Tim arrived to provide a second opinion. He tested and checked the walls, floor, and surrounding regions for moisture and found none. He then examined the drain hole to determine if the mold had grown there. We talked in-depth about the issue, and Tim provided a thorough analysis and assured me that the shower would not require a full demolition. We organized an appointment for the next day, and Tim showed up on time, did an excellent job, and charged a very affordable price that was nowhere near the $5K that the other firm had quoted.
The rule of thumb is always to seek out a second opinion.
Tim was exceptional in his work and communication, and I would recommend him unequivocally.
