Jim and Maria were amazing! After purchasing a new home that was undergoing major renovations, I encountered an unexpected issue with the garage doors. Fortunately, Arista offered the best value and Jim promptly arrived at my doorstep within 20 hours of our initial conversation. He expertly assessed the situation and scheduled the installation for April 17th. However, upon arrival, Jim discovered a significant problem with one of the garage doors. Without hesitation, he went above and beyond to make the necessary repairs, even purchasing new wood to fix the rotted trim. Throughout the installation process of two garage doors, Jim kept me updated with text messages and videos.
