I strongly endorse Brandon. Being a proprietor of a small enterprise, he delivers exceptional work at affordable prices. I would definitely opt for his services again. I needed to thin out two giant oak trees, a crepe mrytle and magnolia, and whilst two other companies quoted me over $700, he charged me half of that! He was punctual, did remarkable work and was genuinely courteous and trustworthy.

In April 2022, I reached out to Arete Property Improvements (API) due to being part of a military family who had recently moved. We required mold removal and house repairs, as well as tree trimming for the trees on our property. After reading reviews and information on tree trimming companies via CrackerJack, I contacted several groups and received responses. However, only Arete Property Improvements exhibited patience and courtesy while answering my inquiries. Consequently, we scheduled an appointment for them to assess our trees and determine what work needed to be done. Arete Property Improvements arrived on time a few days later. They were professional, taking note of our tree trimming needs, the extent of the job, and the best way to perform the task. They were patient and courteous throughout and thoroughly explained their process, even providing a military discount since they discovered we had only just moved into the area. When we scheduled them to return for the job, they arrived on time and promptly got to work. The team trimmed the trees, removing any fallen or old branches, and cut branches that posed a danger to powerlines. They were quick, efficient, and did a remarkably clean job, clearing any debris left over and even cleaning our front and back yards. Once finished, the way the trees felt was different, which was peaceful and allowed winds to move about freely. I complimented the team, and they took the time to explain the process of trimming and the reasons behind the particular branch removals. It reminded me of maintaining a bonsai tree, but on a much larger scale. Overall, Arete Property Improvements did an excellent job, deserving of five stars and an A++. We are incredibly grateful for their services and how effortlessly they made our trees look. Thank you, Arete Property Improvements.
