During my last call with Shaun, I experienced discomfort due to the unsatisfactory customer service I received. Kevin, an employee of Shaun, created our initial drawings which took two weeks. We provided our feedback on the same day but were informed that it would take another two weeks to incorporate the changes. After evaluating the changes, we were not thrilled with them and required more time to consider our next steps. Despite this, we did not receive any follow-up communication for several days, and when I addressed the matter with Shaun, I found him to be defensive and unwilling to take any responsibility. I had documentation to prove my point, but he did not respond well. The conversation left me feeling intimidated, and I decided to end it by telling him that I needed to discuss it with my fiancé. Since then, I have not heard from him or his team, which demonstrates his lack of consideration and poor customer service. I gave him a rating of two stars instead of one because the initial consultation was pleasant and supportive, and we were genuinely enthusiastic about the process at first. However, we did not feel prioritized, and the final conversation was intimidating and uncomfortable.

Shaun referred me to his Project Manager, Joe, who proved to be exceptional by being readily available to answer all my queries and promptly revising any necessary drawings. I am entirely satisfied and would highly endorse Shaun and his team without reservation.

Working with Shaun Duwe from Arch Design Studios was an absolute delight. From our first meeting to the final plans, Shaun provided top-rated professional service and an outstanding experience.
