The 2400sqft commercial building with three bays was superbly insulated by Carlos and his team. Our home underwent a remarkable transformation under the care of Carlos. We sought to enhance the insulation in the 2nd story attic and find a solution to beat the summer heat and winter cold in my garage workshop. Carlos's creativity and professionalism surpassed our expectations and all for a fair price. Through his keen observation, Carlos traced the issue in my workshop to the lack of insulation in the walls and limited attic space. He and his expert team were able to skillfully insulate the walls by blowing insulation into the walls through small holes using specialized equipment. As for the attic, Carlos installed insulation on two walls, took measures to ensure adequate ventilation, and blew insulation below some of the attic flooring. Moreover, he created room for deeper insulation on the sides. Carlos was prompt, easygoing, and his team took great care to shield our home during the process, laying plastic on the floor and covering the areas in both the garage and the 2nd story bonus room. Upon completion, they thoroughly cleaned up all traces of insulation remnants. All in all, A&R Insulation's exceptional 20+ years of experience shone through as they earned their well-deserved 5-star ratings. Their professionalism, attentiveness, and aptness in delivering successful solutions were top-notch. Thanks to their work, I can now enjoy working in my garage workshop wearing a short-sleeve shirt even with a notable temperature drop of 35 degrees!
