Brian was an extremely amicable person who had a sense of pride in his job. I truly admire the fact that he suggested us to delay the pond clean out until the leaves in our backyard are cleaned up. He had the choice to let us spend money recklessly and pay unnecessarily for the task twice. However, he decided to only replace the broken pump. I am eagerly waiting for Brian's return to complete the clean out as I am confident that he will perform his job dutifully.
