The service was unbelievably awful. The person lacked knowledge about fish and ended up squandering my entire day without any concern. Despite this, I overlooked the issue and even provided a $100 tip. However, he nearly caused the death of my fish and showed no remorse. Instead, he was extremely impolite and tried to evade responsibility by blaming others for his mistakes. I ended up spending all my money, including the tip, with nothing to show for it. Now I have to go back and redo everything he did wrong.

Our tank was cleaned impeccably and our fish are now ecstatic thanks to his exceptional work. ☺️

After a year of excellent service, I highly recommend Yuri for all your tank needs. Previously, we had six convict cichlids and a sucker fish, but thanks to Yuri's efforts, we were able to source some amazing healthy electric yellow cichlids that have grown beautifully. Not only does he have a fantastic eye for arranging plants and rocks, but he also keeps our filters clean and maintained. Furthermore, when we requested more variety, he advised us honestly about the availability of healthy options. Even when we were away on vacation and returned to find our fish were not cared for as expected, Yuri quickly responded to our concerns and gave us advice on how to revive our compressor. His prices are fair and he always makes an effort to take care of service areas at the same time. Overall, Yuri is an excellent choice for quality tank service that you won't regret.
