Kim proved to be both unprofessional and unreliable. She made an appointment to see my pool, but failed to show up on the first day and offered excuses for her tardiness when she arrived the following day. Despite her assurances of her competency, I reluctantly agreed to allow her to clean my pool on the next scheduled date. However, when she failed to arrive during the designated timeframe and ignored my attempts to contact her, I became frustrated. Eventually, Kim informed me of her inability to keep our appointment, but by then it was too late. I recognized her lack of professionalism and refusal to honor my time as a red flag, so I terminated her services immediately.
