During Mike's visit to provide an estimate for hot water heater repair, he unexpectedly resolved the issue by fixing a kinked hose while conducting his examination. Mike was honest, quick, and hardworking, and he did not charge me for the service. In addition, I was delighted that he was able to install a garbage disposal during the same visit at a very reasonable cost.
