His team came in the following day and got straight to work - we were truly impressed by their efficiency and professionalism. In addition to the siding, we also decided to have Jacob and his crew paint our house too. Throughout the project, Jacob and his team were always friendly, prompt, and respectful. They offered updates on the progress and provided helpful suggestions when it came time to make critical design choices. During the pressure washing, Jacob identified the necessary repairs and gave me the option of hiring someone else to fix them, doing it myself, or having his team handle it. Jacob quoted me for the labor and skillfully purchased all essential items from different stores like Home Depot, providing receipts to ensure fair costs. The work was swiftly completed and appears to have been finished to our satisfaction. Even when my wife and I were overly particular about minor issues, Jacob remained collected and handled everything exceptionally. Remarkably, Jacob started the work without asking for any advance deposits and offered a considerable discount for cash payments. APS provided their services at an incredibly reasonable price, much lower than other estimates we received. I enthusiastically endorse APS!
