Ivan exceeded my expectations! After contacting him early in the morning to add a header to a wall, he arrived at our home a few hours later to provide an estimate. He attentively listened as I explained the project and the challenges we faced. After asking a few questions and addressing my concerns, Ivan quickly understood the scope of the work and what we needed him to do.
Later that day, he returned to complete the project to my complete satisfaction.
