Incredible Fuad reached out to me within five minutes to arrange my appointment, and even made himself available on a holiday. He promptly assessed my oven issue, mended it, and even examined a few additional appliances for a reasonable fee. As noted in other reviews, Fuad is also proficient in tidying up after himself. I wouldn't hesitate to work with him again, especially considering the valuable advice he offered about appliance upkeep for both my fridge and oven.

On Easter Sunday, Fred arrived to fix my LG dryer (yes, on a holiday!). He not only resolved the issue, but also inspected all the moving components and performed routine upkeep to ensure the dryer was functioning optimally. Fred is undoubtedly a master at repairing appliances. Additionally, he went above and beyond by examining a few other kitchen appliances that may require repair or maintenance. Many repairmen would decline to do so if it is not on the repair order. From now on, I will solely use APPRO for all my appliance repairs and maintenance. If it were possible, I would rate them ten stars for their promptness, quality work, reasonable pricing, and professionalism!
