In under 30 minutes, the technician identified the issue with my Samsung dryer, which was a lack of heat. He meticulously cleaned the machine, replaced the faulty cable causing a short and installed a new heating element. Not only was he helpful in explaining what was needed to restore my dryer, but he also provided some valuable tips for extending the lifespan of my appliances.
