My experience with Tiago and Appliance Rescuers was wonderful. Appliance Rescuers accomplished what seemed impossible! Despite being turned away by numerous repair services due to our stacked LG dryer that refused to dry, they took on the daunting task. Given the stacked dryer and LG brand, we encountered double trouble. The dryer was merely 6 years old. However, Appliance Rescuers determined the root cause, arranged for the required part, kept me apprised of the order status, scheduled a subsequent appointment, and most importantly, REPAIRED THE DRYER! I regret not discovering them earlier!

Despite being a major holiday week, they promptly ordered the required part and installed it on the Saturday following Thanksgiving. Within a week of my machine breaking, it was fully repaired.
