The repair person was able to identify the problem, a faulty water pump, within just 10 minutes, and provided me with an accurate quote for both parts and labor. The pricing was very reasonable. When inquired about the timeframe for the repair, they informed me that they had the necessary parts and could start working right away. Within the next half an hour, my washing machine was ultimately fixed and fully functioning. The repair person was not only friendly but also focused on completing the task at hand.
