Around 4:30 pm on a Friday, I contacted Appliance Medic due to my refrigerator making a dreadful noise, which led to me unplugging it. My main concern was preserving the food in the freezer and refrigerator. Without any delay, the technician arrived by 7 pm, exhibiting a high level of professionalism and expertise. After conducting a comprehensive examination, he ensured that everything was functioning correctly. Within two hours, he resolved the refrigerator's issue, and on Monday, he revisited and replaced the Ice maker. I strongly recommend him and am delighted with his swift after-hours response.
