Following a negative encounter with Sears, I contacted the Appliance Grand Masters to repair our Kenmore refrigerator. During my washing cycle, my LG front load washer suddenly stopped working. I contacted the appliance repair service that I typically use, only to discover that they do not service LG products. So I resorted to searching for LG repair options online, and eventually came across CrackerJack. With promptness, I quickly obtained their contact information and scheduled a service call. When the technician arrived, he ran a test program and assessed that we needed a new circuit board, which unfortunately had to be shipped to us before the repair could be completed a few days later.
