I had an awesome experience with this team! As a new homeowner, I was unhappy with the custom closets that the previous owner had installed. Upon removing them, we discovered that there were holes, patches and mismatched carpet left behind due to the previous installation. A+ Flooring came to our aid with a sample photo of a similar carpet and offered us a fair and reasonable price (which I verified with market prices). They were able to procure and install the carpet, despite it not being an exact match, in a timely manner. Although I could have sourced and bought the carpet myself, I decided to let them handle it and was satisfied with their work. They even came out twice to compare carpet samples and cleaned up the area after installation in under an hour. When the time comes to upgrade to wood or laminate flooring throughout my house, I will definitely be starting with A+ Flooring.
