Within 12 hours of my request, Nate reached out to me and scheduled a visit for the next day. Although he had to order parts from Samsung to repair the refrigerator, he offered constant communication throughout the process. He completed the job swiftly, leaving no mess behind, and charged a reasonable fee. Although I found them on Google, I'll definitely choose them again if the need arises!
