Uncertain about the caliber of his work, as he provided me with a quote, agreed to complete the project by the week's end, and then ceased all communication. Despite being aware of my appraisal deadline, he still chose to disregard it and waste my time by not showing up, which could have been better spent finding another contractor. It is advisable to obtain written confirmation from him prior to engaging his services.
