At Annex Design Services, LLC, we are recognized for delivering projects swiftly while maintaining outstanding quality. Initially, we concentrated solely on architecture, but have since expanded to cover general contracting services, design-build production, development, and investor-capital-based collaborative projects. Our firm provides a complete service, encompassing engineers, designers, and laborers to manage construction thoroughly from start to finish. We offer highly competitive rates based on hourly charges that range from $95-$125, depending on the complexity of the architectural work, with construction work predominantly based on either time and materials or lump sum. We can provide estimates for every project, although a fee may be charged for a complete construction estimate.

To clarify any queries about projects, we charge a fee of $150 for a site visit, and our consultation fee for architecture projects requires a minimum of 1,000 Sq Ft. We use advanced technology such as AutoCAD and Revit for our architectural services and offer high-resolution 3D rendering while utilizing various software applications. Bradley Hines is our principal, having a B.S. and B.A. in Architecture from Washington State University, an M.A. in Architecture from Tokyo National University, and an M.S. in Green Building from the San Francisco Institute of Architecture. His extensive education and experience provide us with diverse perspective in our design and construction process.

For our construction and development department, Axiom, we provide a diversity of services. This includes consulting and feasibility studies, project investment, and general contracting services. We also offer individual services such as painting, interior design, permitting, and permit expediting. Our consultation fee for a site visit is $150, and we seek construction project leads requiring 1,000 Sq Ft minimum.
