Description:
We provide an extensive range of 20+ allergen-friendly flavors, available in both regular and sugar-free options. Our snowballs are consistently soft and fluffy, smothered in delightful, sugary flavors.
The most rewarding aspect of my work is the reactions we receive from customers who taste our shaved ice. Many are astounded by the sweetness of our flavors and often exclaim, "This is delicious!"

Anita's Frozen Cotton Candy is an outstanding food service that is highly responsive in terms of arranging the particulars, has a friendly and helpful staff, offers delectable snow cones in a variety of flavors, and is also gluten-free. I highly recommend it!

Anita was an exceptional person to collaborate with. She demonstrated remarkable flexibility in organizing a joint outdoor celebration for my 2 and 5-year-old children at my residence, right from the parking spot in front of our home. The party was scheduled from 4-6 pm and was expected to host about 35 people. Notably, Anita was punctual and conducted a walkthrough excellently detailing the setup procedure. Her timeliness and efficient working allowed her to set up in plenty of time for the first guests arriving. Working with Anita was truly delightful, and conversing with her felt like we had known each other forever.
This idea of partying was ideal amidst the pandemic because everyone could grab their own food and dessert and consume it at their own convenient and safe spot.
As my daughter suffers from severe allergies, I was ecstatic to see her eat dinner and dessert with someone other than our family. This celebration was the first time she could consume sausages for dinner and shaved ice with orange juice, which were safe foods for her due to FPIES. I couldn't have asked for more!
I strongly recommend Anita to anyone who is in need of such services and will continue to spread the word to everyone I know. :)

Our experience with Anita was exceptional. Being first-timers at booking food trucks, we had our reservations. But she proved us wrong and exceeded our expectations. She catered to a wide array of guests at a community event and did so with ease. Her professionalism and quickness in service were noteworthy. Not to mention, her shaved ice was simply amazing!
