To me, work quality and responsiveness are the two most significant attributes to evaluate. In our residence, Angela's team performed a meticulous cleaning job. The kitchen was immaculate and the glass was free of any blemishes (I am still in awe of how they accomplished that!). Angela was prompt in answering any queries and maintained a professional demeanor throughout. Although we have only employed their services once, I am content with the level of service and intend to hire them again.
