I contacted Andy to have 26 recessed lights installed in my house, along with a fan outlet in one of the rooms. Throughout the process, he also took care of installing new dimmer switches to control the lights, and extending the existing outlet boxes to accommodate additional switches. As some of the lights were situated in 18 ft high ceilings, the work took almost a week to complete. Andy was a great help during the installation process, offering helpful feedback on the placement of lights, bulb size (BR40, BR30), and light color (warm, daylight) for each room. He was prompt and diligent, and always ensured that the workspace was kept clean and tidy. I am completely satisfied with the work that was done. For those who are considering installation of recessed lights, it's worth noting that if your ceiling lacks attic access, the installers will need to make small cuts in the walls to run wires from the switch box to the recessed lights. These cuts will need to be patched and painted at the completion of the installation, a task that the electricians won't handle. Overall, the project has two phases: installation of the recessed lights by the electrician, followed by patching and painting of the walls/ceilings (either by yourself or a separate painter).
