As a seasoned artisan, I abide by traditional methods. During my apprenticeship as a carpenter, we crafted everything on-site. Whether it was installing shelves in a linen closet or building kitchen cabinets, the work was done on location. Plain doors were transformed into functional ones as we built jambs, drilled doorknob holes and morticed hinges. As a result, our craft stands out since we do not settle for less than perfect. Imperfect factory-made shelves, cabinets or doors are transformed to perfection by our hands.
For me, a home renovation is like a massive puzzle, with various pieces and materials placed everywhere. The challenge lies in utilizing every single piece to create a stunning end product.

Andreson Builders, led by Jeff, crafted a stylish cover for our breezeway that connects our house and garage. Our goal was to shield our outdoor entertainment center from inclement weather while infusing an industrial vibe into the design. With meticulous attention to detail, Jeff procured custom 16 ft. long galvanized corrugated roofing panels which he then secured to sizable stained beams that he and his crew meticulously built. The overall effect evokes a wartime GI bar located on a beautiful South Pacific island, mirroring precisely what we envisioned. We will undoubtedly enlist Jeff's team's services again for our forthcoming projects.

Our rental building in Long Beach needed a complete remodel that included the stairs, railings, and courtyard concrete. The stairs and railings were old and damaged, while the courtyard area was prone to puddling during heavy rainfall and the railings no longer met the code requirements.
To solve these issues, Andreson demolished the old stairs and rebuilt them using the LifeDeck waterproofing system, adding several layers to enhance safety and functionality. The final result was a strong new staircase consisting of three flights that passed all inspections and met code requirements. Additionally, the courtyard concrete was all pitched to prevent water from puddling, and the new railings were sturdy and up to code.
Overall, Jeff Andreson did an excellent job, ensuring the entrance of our rental property met all aesthetic and safety standards. We were very pleased with his work and would not hesitate to hire him again for similar projects in the future.

Recently, Jeff successfully completed a diverse range of tasks for me, including replacing a patio cover, fixing dry rot, repairing stucco and pool decks, repainting the exterior, and replacing the roof. The project scope expanded and evolved throughout the remodeling process, but Jeff's vast skill set enabled him to present various solutions to any issues that arose.
