Leo and his team are truly exceptional at their work. They recently painted the exterior of my cedar shingle house which hadn't been painted in 24 years. Despite encountering unexpected challenges such as requiring more coats of primer than originally anticipated and having to perform additional tasks like removing and replacing screens, as well as removing moss from brick steps, Leo did not raise the price.
