I strictly adhere to all Federal Aviation Administration regulations and protocols for small unmanned aircraft systems (sUAS) as outlined in 14 CFR Part 107. In addition, I possess an FAA waiver for nighttime operations under 14 CFR Part 107.29, which is valid through December 23, 2024. I am now offering nighttime aerial photography services.
