Greetings! My name is Anastasia, and I can teach you how to heal in your own unique way while creating a better version of yourself. I offer in-person or remote sessions in Reiki, NLP & Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Alternative Counseling, Traditional Counseling, Psychotherapy, Hypnosis, Spiritual Counseling, Personal Training, and Life Coaching.
I received formal training at the prestigious McKinnon Institute of Body Work in Oakland/Berkeley, California, and the National Holistic Institute School of Healing in Emeryville, California. Additionally, I hold certifications as a Personal Trainer, Reiki practitioner, and NLP & Hypnosis Master.
My services cover a wide range of areas, including overcoming trauma, anxiety, panic attacks, smoking cessation, spirituality, end-of-life care, comfort, and light touch, chakra balancing, organic food selections, reducing body fat cells, and increasing lean muscle mass. I also work with clients on addressing childhood traumas, healing after divorce and death, parent and child alienation, finding meaning, couples therapy, and individual therapy.
I work with clients of all faiths, and consultations are complimentary for 15 minutes. My aim is to help as many people as possible, and I believe that serving others brings me closer to the Creator.
I am an active person who enjoys the outdoors, prepping and cooking locally grown and organic foods, and spending time with elders, children, and animals. Let me assist you on your healing journey and find the balance in this undulating life adventure.
