Alexander was a remarkable discovery! Being unfamiliar with CrackerJack, I initially had reservations about reaching out, so I took the time to carefully scrutinize his reviews for about an hour before making contact. However, his prompt and exemplary response greatly surpassed my expectations. He made himself immediately available to either come out at 10pm or first thing the next morning before his already scheduled job. His communication was both superb and professional, as he queried beforehand in order to be fully prepared for the task at hand. During the job itself, he took the time not only to demonstrate what he was doing, but also explain the reasoning behind it. Moreover, he demonstrated an exceptional level of dedication by going above and beyond to discuss and troubleshoot another plumbing issue I was experiencing in the house. I was also deeply impressed by his respectful treatment of my property, even down to his use of shoe covers. In summary, I cannot recommend Alexander highly enough; his service was phenomenal from start to finish.

As soon as I got in touch with Alexander, he promptly replied and made arrangements to visit my place that very day. Upon arrival, he examined the issue and attempted to mend the leaking toilet in order to prevent me from incurring additional expenses. Regrettably, he couldn't fix it, and consequently opted to substitute the toilet. He worked with speed and proficiency. We haven't encountered any problems since, and as a result, I intend to hire Alexander's Plumbing for future plumbing tasks (which I have already added to my to-do list).
