My passion for the kitchen was ignited as I watched my mother tirelessly perfect every recipe she prepared for our family. The intricate details and explosion of flavors in each dish left me in awe. Pursuing my culinary dreams, I established my home-based bakery in 2014 under Minnesota's Cottage Food Laws while concurrently attending Le Cordon Bleu in Minneapolis. Achieving an Associates degree in Baking and Pastry, I furthered my education with a business certificate from the Neighborhood Development Center in 2017. With years of experience working alongside prestigious brands like JW Marriott and Interlachen Country Club, I took the courageous step of launching my own business in 2021. My aim is to provide unparalleled customer service and exquisite custom cakes and desserts that leave a lasting impression.
