A few months ago, we hired Anthony and his team to install epoxy flooring in our garage. However, we noticed a water-like substance forming small puddles on the floor about a month ago. Despite several attempts to contact Anthony, he failed to respond to our request for a check-up and repair. Sadly, the floor has now become a serious health hazard, causing my wife to slip and twist her ankle. Instead of satisfaction, we regret our decision to employ Anthony and his team due to their lack of concern for customer satisfaction. Their neglect suggests that they do not care about their clients once they have been paid. We recommend avoiding Anthony if you desire a reliable and accountable service provider.
