Being a homeowner, I sought to evaluate my home and identify any discrepancies. Initially, I believed that a complete home inspection was required, which would have amounted to $400. However, Derrek presented me with an alternative- a 'consultation' for a mere $150, which I found irresistible. Derrek thoroughly examined my entire house and even ventured onto the roof and inside the attic. He pointed out issues that needed addressing or updating, without furnishing a report.
