The customer service provided by ASP Service in Schertz is incredibly unsatisfactory. Although the service seemed promising initially, it ultimately revealed itself to be subpar. The communication was inconsistent and the response time was extremely slow (taking 5 days to receive a response). The majority of their technicians provided inadequate service, frequently opting to simply run the Polaris instead of providing a complete cleaning service, which is typically expected from a company charging their prices. We strongly recommend avoiding ASP Service in Schertz.
