We ultimately agreed and signed a contract, and he was able to bring his crew out on the same day (Saturday) to complete the necessary repairs. Throughout the process, Sam kept us updated and actively communicated with us, which was a huge plus. He carefully inspected the work of his crew before and after, and we were very pleased with the results. We highly recommend Sam and his crew. Additionally, despite another heavy rain shower that same evening, there were no more leaks in the ceiling.
