Our experience with American Restoration Group Inc. was exceptional. The staff was highly professional and very courteous. They went above and beyond to assist us in selecting the perfect roof for our needs. We would absolutely recommend their services.

I am a member of an HOA overseeing five buildings and around 30 townhouses. As I searched for a company to winterize our roofs and identify any additional repairs needed, I discovered this company. After working with Peter, I was initially impressed. He was punctual, professional, and demonstrated a genuine interest in our needs, resulting in a successful sales meeting and a signed contract. Positive aspects of our experience include a great first impression, a relatively quick quote turnaround, and competitive pricing. Additionally, Peter proactively scheduled the work to take advantage of decent weather conditions. However, there were some negative aspects to our experience. Despite Peter saying he would send a report with photos of other issues he found during the job, we never received it. Similarly, Peter promised to do some extra inspections with a device on one of the units needing work free of charge to make up for the delayed quote, but this too was not fulfilled. There was also a lack of clarity on the work completed on the roofs. Although I attempted to follow up via calls and messages, I received no response. While this company may have the necessary skills and professionalism, they appear more focused on sales and moving on to the next customer than following through with promises. Consequently, I give them three stars, reflecting a mixed experience.

Jason's performance was simply outstanding. He conducted a meticulous and sincere evaluation and his assistance was highly appreciated. While this was merely an inspection, I will definitely endorse both Jason and American Restoration Group Inc for any forthcoming Roofing/Gutter requirements.

Due to a tree on the adjacent city-owned lot, our Chicago home required several roof repairs. The ARGI team, led by Jason, conducted a thorough inspection and shared photographic evidence of the roofing issues, along with their repair plan. While we ultimately did not receive reimbursement for the repairs from the city, we can attest to the professionalism and responsiveness of ARGI. They guided us through each step of the process, earning our trust as the top contender among multiple roofing companies. We highly recommend ARGI for all roofing needs.

The inspection was performed promptly and I received highly detailed feedback accompanied by numerous photographs. Their professionalism was outstanding.
