After realizing that the movers I initially chose were not Intrastate Certified, I switched to American Moving and Hauling. Their offer was the same as the previous company's when I called back, but they stood out with their prompt and helpful text and email responses to our questions. On moving day, the crew led by Sean impressed us with their professionalism, punctuality, and diligence. Sean was particularly enjoyable to work with as we completed some paperwork together. Meanwhile, the other movers, Brandon, Boysie, and Eric, were already midway through the moving process. Overall, I highly recommend this women-owned moving company as they made our day stress-free.

In general, both the movers and this company were excellent. They arrived promptly and began working immediately. Their process was clearly explained over the phone, and they were happy to answer any questions I had. Although I would have given them a 5-star rating, unfortunately, one of our dressers was damaged during the move due to the specific truck ramp used and the way a mover handled it.

My concerns dissipated further when the team leader requested to walk through the property with me and examine all items to be moved. With the other two companies I had hired in the past, moving quickly led to damaged items, property, and items left behind as they rushed to the next job. American Moving and Hauling's team was both swift and meticulous. They packed all items with care, ensuring their safety in transit, and left my property undamaged. Not only that, but they cleared all debris upon departing. I cannot speak highly enough of the exceptional customer service provided by this team of friendly, dependable, conscientious, trustworthy, and professional movers. Our move is now complete, and if I could do it over again, I would have hired American Moving and Hauling, Inc. from the start.
