Despite our efforts to steam clean the house, we were unable to fully remove the persistent stains. However, when Americlean sent Justin, he arrived promptly, completed the job in less time than expected, and charged us less than the initial quote. When I pointed out some areas in the closets that still needed attention, he willingly went back to clean them. I am confident that the carpets will look great, but it is Justin's work ethic that has earned my trust. His patient and professional demeanor, combined with a focused approach to his work, left a positive impression. I am grateful for his efforts and believe that his work was worth every penny.

I required the cleaning of windows and carpet in my vacant house before putting it up for sale. The workers were punctual, pleasant, and obliging. During the process, I realized that there are two parts to a window and the cost per window refers to each one separately, which resulted in a higher expense than anticipated. However, this was due to my lack of knowledge, and not the company's fault. They even gave me a discount for availing both services, which I found generous. The outcome was impeccable and I felt delighted with their work. I highly recommend this company!

I engaged their services to clean a clustered red/orange stained carpet in the attic of our newly acquired home, which also carried the smell of cigarettes. The team arrived on schedule and provided detailed explanations about their method of operation. Surprisingly, they worked longer than anticipated, exceeding my experience with other carpet cleaning companies. They made multiple attempts to remove the disturbing stains, although their success was only partial, but the carpet's appearance and scent were significantly better than before. Additionally, they steam cleaned the tile and grout in our entryway and bathrooms, and it looked fantastic after the procedure. I am exceptionally pleased with their services and will undoubtedly re-employ them.
